Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers are materials obtained as a result of physical mixtures of non-vulcanized polyolefin based amorphous rubbers and thermoplastic polyolefin materials. Because there is no chemical or physical cross link in the rubber phase, the elasticity of these types of materials is low. They are preferred in implementations that require high impact strength and flexibility but low elasticity expectation.

• Thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers has wide range of use in the automotive industry. They are used in the interior and exterior parts of cars due to their smooth and supreme surface brightness and they have supreme UV stability.
• They also has resistance to heat and solvents, flexibility and reduce sound vibrations. They are also used in wire and cable coatings, anti-air permeability tapes, tool handles and sports equipment.
